Accessible Parking
There are ample accessible parking bays located in front of the main entrance to the hall. When you enter the Showground the Traffic Marshall will guide you, along with all other traffic, around the perimeter of the grounds. Please indicate to the Traffic Marshall that you require accessible parking, and you will be shown where this is located. Please make sure you display your parking badge.
Drop off point
There is a drop off point located next to the accessible parking bays. From here there is a flat entrance to the show.
Accessible Toilets
There are two accessible toilets within the Bath & West Pavilion. One is located in the café area, and a second is situated next to the ladies’ toilets on the opposite side of the hall. Both are step-free and clearly signposted. A RADAR key is required to access these facilities and can be collected from the Information Desk during the event.
Layout
Doorways allow for access by wheelchair. There are ramps providing access to the café and throughout the main hall. All floors are level, offering unobstructed access and aisles are 2m wide, allowing plenty of space for a wheelchair or mobility scooter. All stands are accessible and stand holders are asked to design their stands to be considerate of all trade show attendees’ needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the information desk if you have any difficulty accessing any show areas.
Dogs
We welcome Guide and Assistance dogs.
