Stands start at £220.00 + vat per square metre, with lower rates for larger stands.

Our shell scheme stands include walls, carpet, fascia and name board. The wall panels are 50mm thick panels, covered in a light grey Velcro friendly fabric, suitable for fixing of photographs and graphic panels. Panels are flush fitting and are 2.44m high and 1m wide. Corner posts are aluminium and are 38mm x 38mm. The stands do not have ceiling grids. Fascia’s are 300mm deep and covered in blue fabric. Each open side will be supplied with a name board.

The carpet colour for all stands is Sapphire Blue. (Please contact us if you require a sample). The hall is lit, however stand lighting is highly recommended to properly highlight your products.

As part of your booking, you get an entry in the on-line exhibitor list, including a free image, an 80 word description, and links to your website and social media accounts. Also included are unlimited numbers of tickets for you to invite customers.

If you have never exhibited at any trade show before, and you are within your first 18 months of trading, and based in the South West, then why not dip your toe in the water with our special Newcomers’ stand rate.

The stand cost is £440.00 +vat for a 3 square metre stand (see above) to include stand lighting or a plug socket. This rate is for new emerging business from the South West including Gloucester, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall, and it’s an ideal opportunity to test products that are new to the market. It’s been great to see a number of new fledgling businesses launch at our other shows over the years and then become established and regular exhibitors at those shows.

We promise to look after you from first point of contact, to arriving on site, and to help you get the most out of the leads you pick up.

Taste of the West members

If you are a member of Taste of the West, our show partner, then you will qualify for a £20.00 per sq.m discount from the standard rate, for stands from 3 sq,m upwards.

We promote the show through direct mail, email, online & social media campaigns, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone calls to buyers and face-to-face promotion at many UK events. We work with you to promote your presence. We ensure maximum awareness to thousands of influential and decision making buyers.

Whether you’re a seasoned trade show attendee, or a complete novice, our experienced team will work alongside you every step of the way to ensure that you maximise your investment with us. Book as early as you can, not only to get the best choice of stand availability, but also to get full value from our comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaign. Exhibitors will often make sales to new clients before they even get to the show!
